We are pleased to announce the release of version 1.1.7 of Bask, which brings a host of new features, bug fixes, and improvements to our platform.
As always, our updates are designed to elevate your Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-prescribing and business creation experience. These enhancements aim to streamline workflows, improve user experience, and facilitate more efficient management of patient treatment plans.
Here's an overview of the changes in this update:
- Metadata Generation: We have enhanced the metadata generation process to deliver improved performance and consistency across all pages.
- Google Tag Manager Support: We've integrated Google Tag Manager support and provided a basic setup to facilitate analytics and marketing efforts more efficiently.
- Glossary Translation: We introduced a glossary translation feature, accessible through the settings menu and located at the bottom of the sidebar. This enables you to upload a CSV file to specify word translations in different languages. For instance, you can define how the word "bat" should be translated, whether it refers to the animal or sports equipment. Translation is now supported across all question types and the patient portal.
- Script for Questionnaires: We have added a script to streamline the process of duplicating questionnaires and treatments.
- Treatments: Although not visually apparent, we have restructured the connections between products, orders, and prescriptions. We introduced a new module called Treatment Schedules, which assists in managing a patient's treatment plan, ensuring timely medication delivery and billing.
- Patient Portal: We have revamped the patient portal's front end for faster performance and enhanced user-friendliness. We've also added more customization options to better align the portal with your brand. Additionally, we introduced a "Track Your Order" page that provides automatic shipment updates once an order is shipped from the pharmacy, enabling patients to receive real-time notifications and track their order's status visually, such as out for delivery or delivered.
- Types: Fixed a typing issue for improved stability.
- Visual Customizer & Questionnaire Fixes: Resolved various issues and bug fixes brought to our attention by you all. We also improved the user experience in the Visual Customizer and Questionnaire
- Questionnaire Loading Time: Reduced loading time for questionnaires for a more responsive experience. Increased the lighthouse metrics for the questionnaires by over 100%.
- Questionnaire Name Change: Fixed an issue with questionnaire name changes.
